How To Make Small Changes In Life

Small changes starts now and it will make big results over time.

Is there a point in your life you want to make a change but you can’t seem to make it? After starting your growth mindset journey, seeing what’s important will help you start making small changes. No one said it would be easy. As you get it together for you, you’ll see the effects of it over time. Doing this for your future will benefit you a lot. It will create a ripple effect that includes everyone around you, intentionally and unintentionally.

The beauty of small changes comes from our experiences. We have what makes us grow as to how a human should. We are lucky to be alive in today’s world. Did you know the odds of being born is 1/400 Trillion? Yeah, seriously. The one factor to believe our parents created us in this modern world truly is luck for us. We have so much more than the previous generations before. Make your life worth it with the love for what’s ahead with good people with us. Going through changes that include good intentions and positivity will end up in a good place.

Thinking About The Future

As much as the future matters, you’ll need to incorporate your past into your future. The creation of our future lies in our past and by realizing it, creating can be possible. The making of our life is at our fingertips, and the past is what we used to learn and analyze. The creation of one person could involve factors with people, environment, business, family, friends, work life, and personal life. With all of these factors, what we should try to do is take it day by day. We are making small changes that would essentially create that 1% incremental improvement each day. Try not to overthink it while you’re figuring it out. And if you are, it is okay too. All of this is fairly new, doing something in your life for you will take time. It will be worth it while we are giving in time to create our life.

Goal setting:

S – specific

M – measurable

A – attainable

R – relevant

T – time-bound

This is one effective way to think about your goals. You can start writing down small objectives/goals you need to do. These small steps/tasks you need to do will help another part of your life later on. Remember to do what matters and will help you move that needle toward the direction of growth.

Think, feel, and visualize yourself in the next year, 2 years from now, 3 years from now….10 years from now. Now you can start writing down in your journal the plans you’ll have each year. Be rough, just write down, and think strategically about what you want ahead with the life you’re creating for yourself. This is a great way to write down your thoughts and have them as a physical record to think about it later in the years.

What Changes Can Happen

To be honest, anything can happen. Anything. Literally. While we are on this journey, what we expect can be different from what actually happens, but by keeping an open mind, you can absorb and make changes to things that matter. Everyone’s life is different, and that’s why one way may not work for someone else. But with the foundation of each area you’re trying to improve on, you’ll figure it out one day for your lifestyle. Keep working on it and anything can happen.

Big Changes

Speaking of changes that can be big, starts small. Remember that anything good in life takes a while and that each step you take will go to the future we are all inevitably going towards. Change for the better in the beginning months will be a lot of different emotions and reality checks, but believe in the process and be [positive]. Small lifestyle changes take you on a different pathway you didn’t know you can be on. Take a step onto a new pathway of improvement and the small changes will create a big change in the long run.

Start Now

Be mindful of where you’re going and again believe in the process. You’ll be surprised later on if you keep going. If you keep making those small changes in your life, you’ll get there. The point we are coming through with is that you need to start, and it doesn’t have to be perfect. The biggest thing is starting and along the way, you’ll figure it out. The most successful or even averagely successful people didn’t know what they were doing clearly at the beginning to get where they want, but their passion gave them the way to take a step into a new reality. The progress is in the making that is helping them continue every single day despite the work not giving results right away.

Final Thoughts

Keep going, you never know what’s ahead and what will come for you. The process will show you more over time and you’ll notice what’s important or not, that may need your energy. Everyone’s energy every day is very important and knowing where you put it will help you work on yourself and your future. Take a small win when you think and feel is necessary for your progress. You can take the goal as an objective and crossing it out in different parts of your days, weeks, and months will give you an accomplished feeling to keep going. If one day or week doesn’t go according to plan, don’t be too hard on yourself because it is still progress, believe. We want you to put in the right intention, positivity, and energy towards what you do, and the return will be greater. Luck is when preparation meets opportunity.

“What you put into life is what you get out of it.” – Clint Eastwood

Like Kevin Hart said, “It’s easy to give up, it’s easy. It’s the easiest thing in the world you can do. Alright man, I’m done. It’s easy. It’s very easy.  But what’s hard is going, yo yesterday I got nothing from work working as hard as I could. Nothing happened from that. I’m going to do the same thing again today, but I’m going to try a little harder. That’s the hardest thing in the world.”
